is what was holding the U.S. Merchant fleet together. 2 part epoxy, about $60 for two quarts (mixed). Got a leak in the tank? Slap on some more Red Hand. Tooth filling fall out? Dab of Red Hand will fix that (but the dentists get pissed because it tears up their drills when they try to dig it out).

After all that work 97% of the air is still going to flow through what looks to have started as the original core. At least it'll be really heavy and add a bunch of volume to pressurize...So, uh, good job whomever made that
