Thanks for reminding me that I haven't brewed some cold brew in a while. Guess I'll have to rectify that!
I just make a pot of coffee, drink a cup or two and make the rest into iced coffee. The cocoa powder and sugar dissolve better with it hot, add milk/cream after it is in solution. Make it in iced tea bottles, mix it up, let it cool, stick it in the fridge.
The wife has acquired a variety of flavors can be added, she likes french vanilla in her coffee, I prefer coconut, which sounds weird, but is good. Peppermint is good with hot cocoa, Tuaca is good with hot apple cider.
