-1970 Olds Nintey Eight convertible with every factory option (loved this one too)
-1975 Datsun 710 hatchback
-1984 Ford Escort GT Turbo (my first car that I can remember my dad having, and it was soooo cool when I was little)
-1982 Ford F150 Flareside, with 2WD and the 300 inline 6
-1992 Ford F150 Flareside, with 4WD and the "Nite" trim package (cool until it rotted away, I tried to save it)
I would take any and all of those cars. 
My dad had a 1953 or mayyyybe 1954 (but he swears it was a 1st year, 1953 Corvette) that he bought with cash from the dealership. They could never get the top to seal right, so he was always fighting it and getting it serviced. He came out from a movie with a date once and the seats were wet so the rest of his date went poorly. He traded it in after that. I should see if I can dig up any pictures of it.
He had a run of kind of cool cars but nothing that would be as amazing as that. 60's Mustangs, an Imperial, Fiats, the sort of thing that nowadays is really cool but back then were just old cheap cars.
I take that back, there was the 1966 Mustang coupe with the 289. I pleaded with them to let me drive it when I turned 16, they relented, then sold it when I was 15 when we moved out of the country. The worst part was that he did a fresh head job and got running great and sold it for something like $2500. It was a southern car all its life and had no rust whatsoever. Nice paint and spotless interior. I was heartbroken to see it go. He said, "They'll never be worth anything, they made too many of them."
'56 bel air 2-door post, 265 V8 / 3 on the tree, sold when i was 14. :-(
'66 caprice coupe, 396 / 4sp, full gauge package, no power options. i've never seen another big-block 4-speed '66 caprice, but i've heard they built about 100 of them. i drove it for about 6 months, then it got totalled while parked in the lot of my high school while i was in detention. :-(

My dad was not a car guy. Here is what own and sold when I was young
1960 VW panel van with custom camper built in - rusted out pile of Swiss cheese when it was sold - no pain
1963 VW Beetle - rusted out pile of Swiss cheese when it was sold - no pain
1967 VW Beetle - rusted out pile of Swiss cheese when it was sold - no pain
1974 VW Beetle - rusted out pile of Swiss cheese when I started using it as a parts donor for my Karmann Ghia - no pain.
1980 Oldsmobile Omega 4sp. - no pain
My father had a 73 Mustang Mach 1 351 in strained peas green.
My step father had a 77 Firbird Formula.
I wish I had either.
Dang, forgot about Dad's MG TD. Somewhere in the Curmudgeon archives there is footage of him spinning it out at Sebring. He also had a 1940? Mercury convertible which he bought when he got out of the Navy, he loved to talk about how he painted it in my grandpa's back yard with a vacuum cleaner. 
Seems my grandma had bought a bad to the bone vacuum which had a sprayer attachment.

My Dad had a 70 Chevelle SS 396 in red with black racing stripes. I remember a picture of me standing in the front seat at the wheel wearing his shades. I still give him a hard time for selling it.
