Looks like the hanger steak is the inside and the skirt steak is the outside. We had to get them for the owner of a really good mexican restaurant up the road.

Yep, there's a place here in town that uses it for their Arrachera. I always order it, even though I cannot roll my r's and thus sound like a complete idiot. It's that good.
