I had not seen that. That's great.
And I forgot about Fish Bone. I have "skankin to the beat" on a compilation disc...either IRS or Sire records.
Fishbone released an EP last year, and it’s good stuff.
This track was done with NOFX.
I can't make it, but for anyone in the NY metro area who might be interested, the Skatelites are playing locally on Sunday (21 Jul) as part of their 60th Anniversary tour. Great small club, too.

I mean if we're being honest it should probably be called "Monique Powell's Save Ferris Cover Band."
Which could also be said of Aaron Barrett and RBF these days.
I saw a great ska band in Canada last weekend.
I WAS on a boat in Georgian Bay and WAS captive, but they still rocked.
What can't ska do? How about a great Pink Floyd cover by one of my favorite Boston-area ska bands, Bim Skala Bim..
I was scrolling on social media recently and found a SKA band that was just getting started called No Danger and the way they got younger people interested was doing covers of current popular songs. They did a Taylor swift cover and it really caught my attention. They have a few songs on Spotify that I added to some playlists.
