I buy mine used off of Amazon. I just wait to check out until i have a few CDs from the same seller so i only pay one shipping/handling fee. Comes out way cheaper like that. I can usually get average price down to $5 per cd shipped.

With used CDs off of Amazon, I'm always thinking I'll get one scratched up. If I'm in a store, I can at least peek at it before buying it, and if there's a problem I'd much rather deal with them in person than try and go through Amazon.
Oddly enough I found Barnes and Noble sometimes beats Amazon. Even Pricegrabber didn't catch that last one I checked. $13 is a lot of money (relatively)
