We're having an issue with our 2015 i3 and I am going to have to take it up with "corporate" from what it seems. I would prefer doing so with someone that is a friendly, rather than starting with customer service and demanding to talk with a supervisor repeatedly.

Are you a CCA member? I believe they have an ombudsman for this sort of thing.

I am - for going on 20 years now. I was hoping to connect with someone within BMW directly that could assist. If that doesn't work, I'll try the ombudsman route.
