The shaving. The shaaaaving!

I haven't tried Personnas yet. Maybe next year when I spend another $30 on blades (man I love saying that!)

I'd say it's probably about time for a change.
The video was excellent, but I'm part of the shaving soap/bristle brush/shaving bowl/safety razor club. I buy a new pack of blades... every once in a while?
Does anyone else here use a classic safety razor? I made the switch about 5 years ago and would never go back. It's the best shave I've ever gotten and it's cost effective too. I buy packs of gillette single razor blades for next to nothing and they last a while too. The initial investment was somewhat high - I was in it for over $100 for the razor, good brush, soaps and blades, but it has more than paid for itself by now.
If you want to shave for less than $100, get this brush/bowl/soap and go to the beauty store on the "bad side of town" and while you stock up on hair extensions, pick up a safety razor for $5.

Yeah, there are a number of us that found a way to get the best shave possible, for the lowest price possible. Dig it!!

naw... the beard is a result of a large hate of shaving ... it's only been off for a 6 mo period in the early 80's

If my baby face can handle boar's bristles, than the rest of the Marlboro "leatherface" Men lot on here can handle some damn boar's hair.
