Ah Wichita Falls. I remember it well. "Well" is a stretch ".
A bit east of you and had the same weather every day this year...rain! Some days it was sleet, snow or hail, but stuff fell every day. My buddy has a low spot in his yard that has been home to a family or two of turtles. Forecast has rain scheduled forever.
