We had big plans to travel for the Summer & get out of this oppressive Florida perma-sauna for the Summer.  With diesel over $5/gallon & still going, there is no way we were doing it. We're wanderers & not camper/glampers. Even if we plan on staying somewhere for 3-4 days, we usually leave after @1-2 days so we can go see different sights & meet different people.
Anyway after being depressed for a while after coming to this realization, I was browsing AirBNB & was surprised to see an RV section. After adding a fire ring, a Weber grill & relocating some outdoor chairs from the other fire ring - Blue Tee RV went public.
Since we live in a popular vacation spot on "The Forgotten Coast", it's been surprisingly popular.
It takes the sting out of not traveling & we've met many interesting people.

That is something I have considered doing. I have a really nice spot in the back and we live a short bike ride from a large resort lake. How much money are you making?

It varies but is averaging @$1,300/month. AirBNB has a Smart Pricing feature where you can set upper & lower limits. Then AirBNB adjusts the price based on how many people are searching the area & what people are searching for. They also did an auto discount for the 1st 3 bookings.
Due to peek beach season we just got over $500 for 2 nights. Now scallop season is coming up also. People enjoy the baby alligators & turtles also so that helps.
Just setup a nice little camp sight & make sure everything is working. The biggest issues have been the younger people who  have no rv experience. They broke a drawer because not lifting it up to unlatch it, lowering the a/c to 50 degrees & leaving for the day.

Yeah, RVs take a little training. I have trouble with people not knowing how to use the toilet, breaking latching handles by pulling too hard, and opening gas valves which run down multiple tanks at the same time.

But overall, it's good.

We're in Colorado for the summer and are looking at putting our (currently empty) house in Fl on Air BnB when we leave next year. The prices are compelling, but the platform takes it's cut as well.

If you keep the RV on the market during the fall and winter I think you'll be surprised how much more you get.

This time of year we normally see RV's, campers, and trailers like crazy. Mrs. P pointed out last weekend that we've not seen any this year.
