Not sure this qualifies as fall food but this was a last of the garden scenario.
Sonora Dogs (bacon wrapped) with a fresh cilantro lime crema, cojito cheese, freah cilantro. And some of the last Jalepeno's from thw garden on the side.

Chef John is a treasure and dogs/sausages absolutely qualify as fall food. Oktoberfest rules say so.
