I still like the BMW Films E39 M5 short with Clive Owen and Madonna.

i agree with pretty much all the answers already given, but as a kid, my favorite VHS was Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo. every toy beetle i had was promptly painted with white-out and my dad showed me how to mask off stripes with scotch tape and paint the red/blue herbie stripe on them. and a lil center part of a paper hole-reinforcement sticker with a pen-written "53" worked for the numbers on herbie. (had plenty of those paper-hole-stickers cuz the outer ring made great whitewalls on all my hotwheels and matchboxes. And i just about flipped my E36 M3 when i found out there a couple more herbie movies for me to see!
Also, extra shoutout to American Graffiti, i can rewatch that movie anytime and never tire of it.
Extra extra shout to Cars - for all the movies like Fast and Furious that feature cars so much, but get so much wrong, Cars actually got all the details/tech/trivia/cameos/etc just right.
I'm also going with Gumball Rally....and since I will include racing movies, LeMans is the best racing movie ever!
