Oh, totally. A few years ago, we saw Emmet Otter in the theater as a one-day-only showing.
It was even better than I remembered.
Here's one for you: I'm not a fan of Gremlins. Saw it in the theater and then saw it a few years ago. Oddly, it just doesn't connect with me.

My son owns all the movies but we only watch the first two ones. We watch them every Christmas - we find new details every year.
As a teenager I've stepped on nails while working for a builder so when Daniel Stern steps on a nail, 45 years from my last nail I just cringe.........
