The Blues Brothers cop car and Jag were the first two thoughts I had.
I'd love one of these, minus the striping:
Many of the cars I once considered 70's are actually late 60's, so they don't count.
The Impala from Dirty Marry, Crazy Larry nearly upstages the more famous Charger. Although I think its a 66. Oops.
i wish i had a pic of it on hand, but i know where there is a 73 or 74 Nova 4 door with a bunch of Cadillac parts on it...

I just thought of something, the LTD in white lightning. Both four door and Ford. I like that car.

I know I would.
I'm with nicksta. I think all 4 doors should be scrapped.

am I the only one who thinks that all cop cars should look like that?

Word. My '78 rocked, though I don't miss it yet.
The 4-door sedan is my second-favorite variant of the 99. Strangely, all of mine have been 2-doors which I think look totally awkward. 5-door is the ultimate.

I traded a TR4 for one of these years ago when I was in college (I know, crazy), but I liked it. Except when I had to change front rotors. They're inboard and real PITA to change when all I had at the time was a flat blade screw driver and an adjustable wrench!
The good for a college kid; the headrests pulled off and the seats folded flat to the rears to make a bed.
De Tomaso – Deauville
I never heard of it until I googled looking for a Maser Quattroporte I but it's pretty damn sweet.
Wow! I had a 71, same color. Didn't have the Crager SS rims though. Had super stiff Gabrial Striders, BFG Radials and ½ ton springs to replace the mono leaf. Had a 307 V8 2 barrel which was a dog. Do not miss, but cool looking at this one.

Some of us work very hard to forget that hideous creature ever existed.
Back in the 80's in my mind, SEL on the back of Mercedes translated to "So Extremely Long".
How about:
I've always had a thing about Delta 88's and 98's. This is what I would like to drive from Chicago to Florida in.
