I am instituting a new fine for people who buy a jacked up 4X4, and slow to 1 mph to go over a 2" lip on a curb. It's an F-250 on 44" tires you moron, why are you so afraid of a little curb?!?!?!?
Fines are also applicable for Corvettes going 40 in the left lane, 90 pound soccer moms driving Excursion V10s and 16 year old kids in Mustangs who are NOT doing burnouts.
Was the F250 on 44" tires and 40" wheels? That's not an unusual setup...
Fines for all Turdbota Pius owners who think they are saving the planet and reducing their carbon foot print.
Fines for all BMW's that do the on ramp slower than the posted caution speed. And then scream off when the road gets straight.
Anyone can do that.

Fines for anyone who has a 1/4 mile head start on me on an on-ramp, and I have to slow down to below the speed limit at the end of the ramp because of them.
They need fines for not using a signal. You'd think they would have that by now.
Yesterday on the way home I was behind some new model BMW with Xdrive and they pulled up to a rail crossing, stopped and slowly crept over it. This is the same crossing that gives the stanced boys a problem, but it really isn't that rough. I normally go over it at 20-30 mph in my hoopty truck.
I propose fines for drivers in the center or left lane on the interstate that fail to maintain a steady speed, especially in good road conditions. If you can't figure it yourself then USE THE CRUISE CONTROL !
Fines for everyone driving an SUV by Porsche, BMW, MINI or any other ostensibly performance oriented brand. And for any 4 door Porsche. 4 door Aston Martins are exempt because they did such a kick ass job of hiding it.
Oh, and get off my lawn, um, left lane!!

I recently bought a first gen insight because my commute went up a bit. I was driving it around town when I say some Bro driving his 12" (E36 M3 you not) F-250 with 45" tires (on 22s or something) rolling HUGE amounts of coal from his bed mount penis, I mean exhaust stack. I refrained from yelling at him because of hybrid. In other words, I agree with your fine.
That leads me to mine:
Don't roll coal you overcompensating red-neck. It ruins your mileage, motor, and environment. Your truck has never pulled anything other than your Skoal chewing ass and you should have to drive a CVT Nissan Versa sedan as payment.
In reply to Basil Exposition:
After nearly unanimous praise for the Panamera (I think it is ugly too) I can't support that last bit.
Edit: the rest is cool with me. Not cause bad car, cause bad people (usually).
a fine for old people who dont drive fast, your gonna die soon... live it up

Rolling coal should invoke the death penalty, and I'm anti death penalty!
Fines for those hideous fake ass convertible tops on four door cars. You're not fooling anyone. Maximum penalty to those who install them.

I wish I could just put a bullet in the head of every brodozer driver rolling coal and every other driver I see texting while driving.
Last week when I took the bike to work, I saw one person face chatting(IDK what they call video chatting now) WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE INTERSTATE......
For those who toss lit cigarettes from their vehicles. Ever have one of those flaming comets hit your windshield?
Cannot imagine what thats like for someone on a motorcycle.

they feel wonderful when on a bicycle, I can say that much
I would add 90% of pickup truck owners. Do you ever haul anything or tow anything?
And 90% of Jeep Rubicon owners. Get the damn thing muddy, you'd be amazed at what those things can do!
And if you have a convertible with the top up on a nice day, windows up, and you are smoking: fine!

Rolling coal should automatically dump the exhaust into the cab of the truck. That would rock.
Of the Prius owners I know (myself included) I don't know any who think they are saving the environment... only money.

Next time you have a fire, take a stick that is red on the end and drop it in your lap. That is pretty well what it feels like.

I've wanted to pull ahead of someone who does that, light a road flare, and toss it out my window.

Lifted truck almost always means heavily compromised handling, and have you SEEN what you have to do to an IFS truck to lift it? Guys are probably afraid that if they don't lose control and veer off the road, they'd simply rip the front suspension off the truck.
