It would be a whole lot cooler if it didnt have stretched tires.

Except it isn't a Quattro system, it's a Haldex system.

The tires aren't really stretched and it's raced so a title stretch is okay in this case.

And it's not even that any more, because the builder took out the clutch packs in the center diff. As I understand it, that means that torque is now split 50/50, even if grip is not. Sounds counter-productive?

Which system uses a Torsen (essentially) in the center diff?

Pretty much all of the longitudional quattro systems from the late 80s until a couple years ago were built around Torsen center diffs. IIRC it's gens 2 through 5.

I think that was a bad call making the diff, soilid. I would of ran the car 70/30... But im no awd expert. Thats how i tune my awd cars in forza and they seem to work well

+1 really nice build and I don't even mind the look of the wheels, but he's begging for those tires to come unseated.
