Has anyone used anyone of the free CFD codes? Are they a PITA to work? I have Solidworks but the CFD capability on that is somewhat limited as it only has FloXpress and not the full version.

The only ones I have played with were research codes, and as such they were REALLY hard to get configured and running properly...
