My son just bought the Logitech G923 and Forza Motorsports for Xbox.

What gaming chair setups are you guys using? And are any of you using homemade jobs with old car seats?

Our current setup is my fishing kayak seat and a old table. It's not the best

I posted my 3 various rigs there.  Probably due for an update

I tried a few of the Amazon ones, and they are pretty good. Our problem was that most of them suck for adjustability, and my son and I both use it. He was pretty small when we started, so I built ours. The seat is from an E46 bmw.

Red Stapler on here has plans for an 80/20 one he can share.  It's probably what I will consider next.

Yeah I should mention it is on a 55" wall mounted tv. Needs to be adjustable from 6' to 4', as both kids and I have all been using it.

I'm a controller luddite. My "chair" is a ridiculously oversized recliner I got at Haverty's.

Oh this is for SIM setups. I was hoping broader discussion, because I'm looking for a fold up or roll away chair for the bedroom Xbox. Sitting on the bed to play has long lost its appeal, but there's not room for a recliner

Sim racing setups are still good for that. Pretty sure the playset folds up, and it's pretty comfy. Basically a hammock. I saw someone at a park a few times this year with one of these type of patio chair that may be the right general direction of what you're looking for. No experience with it other than I saw a guy fishing from one, or one that looked very similar to it, about 3 times this summer. Looked better than your standard folding chair/lounger.

I had an IKEA Poang chair, plus a Rigid adjustable work stand to mount the wheel to. Its feet tucked back under the chair perfectly.

I made a sloped pedal platform out of a small piece of plywood, some scrap 2x6, and some u-bolts to attach it to the other leg of the stand.

I don't have any pictures of it but it folded up pretty small when not in use.

I have one of those, without the cushion. The wife loves it, I hate it. Too low and soft for me, I wind up getting really tight, sore muscles in it after about 30 minutes. Don't ever pass out in one around a fire, you won't be able to walk for days.

I'm looking at those mesh office style chairs currently.

I have an obutto or however it's spelled. It was on the cheaper side of things but it works well. I've been sketching out a better design though because it can be much improved.
