Did my health screening today at work. Turns out I'm pretty freaking healthy, which is NOT how I live. 9.5% body fat, too. Not sure how that works.

You have good genetics. Start saving for retirement.
So changed my Recipe a bit to make it a bit tastier. Who knew that natural peanut butter had good fats, also now a mix of Masa and Oats.
Now in mason jars for extra pretentiousness. I can make a day or two in advance in ~10 minutes easy as can be.

I know it's terribly polarizing, and I'm not pushing/advocated for it, but all I do now is Crossfit 5 days/week and not eat like E36 M3. It's so remedially simple when you break it down. Anyone can do it, and it doesn't take a liquid only diet to get you there.
It is amazing how simple it is, and the advice to do just this has been out there for as long as people have been caring about being healthy. Eat less junk, do more, and you'll lose weight and feel better and look better. Simple as that.
Processed food manufacturers are single-handedly killing this country, and they're expanding globally now too. I know I sound like some hippy whackjob, but the E36 M3 these conglomerates put into food for convenience sake creates a powerful addiction cycle that is not unlike drug use. The same seratonin pathways that Cocaine and Opiates travel and stimulate through the brain are used by sugar and fat. The sweeter and fattier the food, the harder the hit, the bigger the "satisfaction".
I'm working with a friend right now who's spent the last 2 years of his life eating like E36 M3 and drinking 2 rockstars a day. His first week of what I call "real eating and drinking", he was nauseous, weak, constant 5 days of headaches, vomiting on occasion, and generally, a complete shiny happy person to be around. All because he simply cut processed foods and drinks out of his diet. That's it.

Yeah that would do it. I would love to grow my own oats and corn but man do the deplete the soil and I do not have enough space to fallow.
