My old bass player still plays in what is essentially a punk band. I see them play a few times a year.

My town is home to 924 Gilman, one of the Left Coasts most famous venues, and I periodically get invites to see bands there.
But I'm 60 years old. Iggy Pop notwithstanding, punk is a kids game. You may catch me wailing along with the Buzzcocks and 999, but it doesn't seem right to be horning in on the turf of disaffected youth. How do you guys reconcile this?
