Broke the switch on a Tekton ratchet Monday by using the ratchet as a hammer like an ape. Filled out their online form yesterday with a brief description and attached some pics of the damage. Got an email at 8:03 this morning saying a free rebuild kit was on the way, no questions asked.
FWIW I love my Tekton ratchet set as a car/junkyard kit because it includes long/short sockets for all sizes from 6-24mm, which is basically perfect for the stuff I own/work on.
I'm a big fan of Tekton tools. Their quality is phenomenal for the price and Im glad to here that their customer service is good too.

Update: just received and installed my rebuild kit. Ratchet works as new again.
May need to pick up a few more Tekton kits to keep in my SC and Mark VIII.
