"The MotorTrend brands will continue to operate out of offices in El Segundo, Calif., and Detroit."
For now....until the next press release that says "to help strengthen our joint brand and energize synergies Hearst is welcoming all remaining Motortrend team members to our New York offices..."
They will gut Motortrend's support staff, ditch half the writers, and put all remaining writers working across all the properties. Seen it happen before.
I'm pretty sure they only sold the print media, not the shows.
