Good Racing Schools in Tx

Hello everyone. My name is Brock. I just found this website tonight while I was looking at racing schools. I want to go to a racing school for performance driving.

I was wondering if anyone has been to this school: http://www.racingschools.com/racingadventures.php

Does anyone have an opinion of this school ? Are they a good school ?

I'm betting he's a canoe and there's no way I'm clicking that link, but I'd really like to know the answer to the question of where's a good racing school in Texas.

Hopefully there are no canoes. Haha....just Corvettes and Cobras.

Depending on where you are located in Texas, I'd recommend http://www.hallettracingschool.com/school.html west of Tulsa, OK (full disclosure, it's run by my cousin.) However, I think they are done with schools for the year so you may have to wait until next spring.

I'm thinking that the fact "Brock" hasn't posted on this or any other thread pretty well proves he's in a Canoe.

hahaha.....nope I'm here.....I was just waiting to see what everyone had to say. I guess I'll chime in now.

I live in Beaumont Tx.....About 100 miles from Houston.....That's why I liked the school with the link I provided because they have one in Houston ! And you get to drive a Corvette Z06 or a AC Cobra replica!

P.S. If I do go to the racing school, I will make SURE to ask if they have any canoes

Canoe=spam. Antiquated from the old boards when the mods would do a search for the word canoe at the end of the day.

The one that Adrian just listed was an actual canoe (spambot) that happened to get into this thread. Before that, people thought you were because you posted a link in your very first post which is often a sign of spam.

Don't let that scare you though, this is the best/nicest forum on the web.

Brock, Look up Motor Sports Ranch Houston or Texas World Speedway. Don't know about the quality of the schools, but they're relatively close. Check with NASA and SCCA for drivers events in the area.
