Whoa, must be from this incident last fall. That's the #47 JTG cars.
Kinda looks like just the bodies, though? I can't tell. They might have been able to save and repair the chassis.

Careful with surplus property, definitely buyer beware. I work for State government and have access to our state surplus property. It also houses federal government surplus. I work in a lab and sometimes go to surplus to obtain tools or materials. The tools for the most part are totally worn out. Especially power tools. Junk. That's why it was surplussed in the first place. I am mainly looking for hammers, screwdrivers that I use as chisels, that sort of stuff.
One neat thing though is the fed side gets in items confiscated by TSA or other agencies. Kind of neat to look through the bins at what people are trying to take onto planes.

Yeah, when I was in the military I did some of the exit inspections on machinery and equipment we were marking for auction prep. It was always stuff at the end of its lifespan.
I wouldn't buy that online, but if I could go and look at the box in person and give it a good once over (and most importantly, didn't have to pay shipping) I'd be willing to gamble some.
The confiscated stuff is definitely interesting, though. Saw one lot that is sitting at around $100 and had a buttload of Apple stuff as well as at least part of a Nintendo Switch. Again, if you didn't have to pay shipping and the price stayed low it would be a good gamble for someone flipping stuff.
That impaired driving cart is cheaper than a regular go-kart and enough substances of your choosing to get the same effect. What a steal!
Don't forget about Govdeals.com.
That charger would be a perfect candidate for that ute conversion kit.
Mustang Dyno, so you can do your testing and tuning at home!

I want an obscenely large, completely inefficient, loud, 6wd surplus military truck, for no reason other than compensation.

While it will be loud and slow this is the one you want: https://www.easternsurplus.net/VehicleDetails/69/XM820-Van-Body. Expands to 14 ft wide, its a go anywhere camper.
Govdeals is going to get me in trouble with SWMBO. The delayed pickup time due to the current lockdown isn't helping as that just gives me more time to break the news to swmbo.

I was running the numbers on driving this 350 miles home. It'd be so handy to have around.

I'm sure the price on this one will jump.
