I should be good to go. I'm home from work super sick again today, so i don't really have anything better to do, now do i?

Send everyone a friend request and share your B-spec drivers. That is an easy way to get extra spending money. Remote races are painless.

I don't have a 1st gen Celica, but I have a collection of other SBC eligble cars some of which are already prepped. Let me know if you want one.

Thanks Brad. I'll post mine when I am home tonight. I may try a reset and start the tuning process over. Maybe I'll end up better off. For some reason the Marcos with the same 1275cc engine can be tuned to 196 Hp, but my Mini doesn't get that high. Not sure why - should be the same power plants.

I havent taken any time to figure the remote race thing out yet, how's it work?

Make a B spec driver. Go to remote race from your community page. Share your driver. Then people who are on your 'friends' list can use your driver to race in their remote races. You get the prize money your driver earns. You can host races and include your friends drivers. Not a lot of money, but it is easy. It is possible to start remote races from a computer as long as your PS3 is on and in server mode....I haven't tried that.

You don't get any input to your driver like you do in regular b-spec races. You also don't get to pick what car your dude gets. Hint, if you get the Aston Martin in the GT car races you will lose. If you get the VW Nardo you will usually win unless your driver is outmatched.

All you do, click on the headset icon, pick which option you want to do or your time allows, then click on the list, it will bring up us guys on the menu and you click on our drivers to race, pick up to 16 along with one of your own and click start race.....sit back and watch a race break out!

Yeah that thing is such a great car, I love it, the sound, handling, look. A real Civic tuned like that in person would be a wonderful gift also

Started playing yesterday, actually. Picked it up Saturday, let it do it's update thing overnight. I think i'm moving that quick because i tend to not lose.

Once your driver's are shared they can race in other people's races and make you money while you play black ops.

and a tip for the remote race thing- if you have a friend with an account (or fiance, in my case) you can friend them, sign onto their account and race all of your drivers at once. I also bet if you made a fake account you could race all of those B-spec drivers at once, too, increasing earnings per race.

however if there are restrictings on sending cars over $1mil, you could only buy cheaper cars and send them (one per day max which is lame)

Yeah those restrictions are kinda lame..although I never traded cars, nobody ever wants to trade lol I make decent when I have you guys race my drivers. Not sure if I want to start a new account but that sounds like a good idea.

I use my son's PSN account to doremote races so I can use all of my drivers in the race. Better odds that way. I made a few 'useful idiot' drivers for him so he doesn't win the good prizes. Since you cannot give money between players I guess I can use the money his account makes and buy a car and then give the car to me.

I just did a remote race against Hrair, NickF40, and a buddy of mine... came in 2nd. I don't see any money?

I'm confused.

EDIT: Nvm, figured it out.

You have to go to your drivers and "Receive Prizes" and then you'll get all they've accumulated since you last checked.

I'm stuck on a B-Spec race, and like an idiot, i've thrown all my money at that car trying to get past the race. Sigh.
