I took it for a spin in the classic race car series. Pretty fun. Faster than the oters including the Chapparals in that race. Drifiting it on Deep Forest coming out of the 2nd tunnel was a blast through those series of turns.
You guys inspired me to finish the last of the professional races, so now I have a Veryon. (I used my RM Z06 not the toyota) (even using the vette was overkill). Not that I'll ever drive the veyron more than likely. I did by a Europa from the used car lot and a GT Skyline pace car (just liked the light bar), and a few other cheap junkers. I had to buy a Gallardo for the race in the expert series. I swear the GT series is not a driving game at all - it is merely a car collecting game. I think I have somewhere around 105 cars now, most of which I have never (and will never) drive.
Speaking of cars I'll never drive, has anyone driven the Leno Tank Car?

I do wonder why the "common populace" finds this game interesting. There is a clear attraction for the crowd at GRM, but the average homophobic 14 year old boy? I guess they just like collecting pretty cars (as long as they are not in "faggy" colors of course).

Ok damn, trying to create an autocross at Top Gear in the middle is a lot harder than I thought! haha
I am trying to save up to get an F1 car. Thanks to DaveEsty's loan of the Toyota 7 I was able to knock out a number of races I was stuck on. (didnt have a fast enough car, etc) and get my own fast car. (minitola toyota sp?).
I am headed out for the weekend, so I put that and the Caterham fireblade up for anyone who wants to borrow them.
All I ask is that you give my b-spec guys a workout!

I made a bunch of money Saturday running my Bob's hard all day while I was putting in a wood floor. Knocked out the like the wind races using the loaner Toyota race car for Daytona road course and then used my ZR1 RM to win Indy (there were 8 cars within a second of my time).
I now have enough cash to buy the GT formula car. I guess I'll spend the money and buy it.
Haven't driven the Minolta car yet. Had my bob's run the 4 hour miata race yesterday completely unsupervised. They won by 12 laps or so. Not much prize money and the prize car is one of the cosmos that I already had.
The endurance race prizes are entirely lame.
I'm just glad my bobs did all the work. Doubt I will do those races in A-spec unless I get really bored someday. At least you can pause them and take a break.
In-race saves are coming, that will make them do-able
