Yeah, onlines fun especially with the shuffle races, it shows the difference between the people that know what they're doing and have fun from the people who goof around and run into you and cut the course lol
To share your fine vehicles, go to the vehicle and you'll see a globe icon that says share with friends at the bottom left, click that and we can "rent" em out! I promise i'll go easy on them

looks like I have some catching up to do. Just started last night with the online racing and had a great time. Only did the shuffle races, but that was fun. Now need to learn how to share cars and such.
You don't have to catch up much, sharing cars... b-spec... all that is just other stuff we do. Get a SBC car and a MX5 and join us at Indy.
Well, I am out of this weeks race (going out of town) so I am going to leave to you guys (is the chimp still out?).
Anyway, I would like to have some idea how I would have done so I want to have a practice session tonight at race time ish' (5:30, 6:30, 7:30, 8:30). I guess the best way is to just open up a room right? I could do it in my lounge, but some of the newbies may not be friends yet.
If we have time maybe we can do a swap race. Whoever shows up, make sure to share your car with fiends and maybe we can figure out a hat draw and see what we get. It would be really cool if we could do a shuffle with only our cars, but I don't think you have any control over the shuffle cars.
If any of you new guys want to give it a try, send me a friend request so we can try the swap (or even a spec SBC race). My online ID is: Allaircooled
I hope some of you can make it, I don't want to miss out on all the fun. I will plan on posting a room number around 5(6,7,8):30

aww man
I think Chimp's still in, he's just having to do a lot of scool papers lately.
I'm down for that, sounds like a good time haha I'll be there and no you can't change the shuffle cars
I'd be up for that. The thought of somebody lifting off the throttle mid-corner in my car makes me giggle.
Spent a little time testing this morning... discovered that the brake pedal is useless in MX5.

I reassigned all the buttons on the controller to all be gas pedals. Still couldn't get the car to go fast enough to need brakes.
Might need it drafting/overtaking depending on how fast you get moving. I've geared to hit 160mph just in case.
Don't bother Ben haha you'll never get there with or without the draft, TJ and I barely went to 140's
I hit 153 in a test session.. Stilk didn't need the brakes. Bled enough speed off turning to not even worry with it. Should be an interesting race...
I should take this opportunity to remind everyone to keep it clean. Incidents will happen but if it looks malicious you will be penalized. We are a higher class than Nascar here. :)
Well, it doesn't take much to be classier than that
but how did you reach 150's???
I'm in the 150's also... But I need to brake before the corner.
I am curious if the aerodynamics of the various cars will make a difference in the top speeds since the HP should be almost the same.
I have a strong feeling it is going to be a 120mph JDM drift off in the corners...

Brad, are you talking MX5 or SBC?
I'm slowing from the low 150's down to about 130 heading into the corner. I have to slow early so I can settle the thing and be back steady on the gas or it's off to the wall I go. Then back full gas coming onto the short straight, lift slightly to rotate for the next corner and back on the gas. 6th gear the entire time.

MX5s... but I was being towed by a NSX
Hey, i've got two questions:
1) can someone gift me "carnival metallic" paint chip?
2) how do i find out what color my wheels are currently painted? (If we can figure this one out, i'm going to want someone to gift that to me, too)
I can't remove the CF hood from my car, so i have to build another car, and i REALLY liked my paint scheme.

Sucks that you have to build another car... at least it is a cheap car. I'll look for the paint chip next time I am on.
No worries, i'll figure something out. I'm more concerned about the HP the new car is down compared to the old.
Carnival Metallic was found on the 99 Jag XKR.
I'll take a look at my color pallette in a few minutes (I'll also chekc the used dealer for a 99 Jag).
I think i got a fairly close match on car paint... i just can't find my baby powder blue wheel paint again, and i can't figure out how to find the chip name in the game.

Let your Bob's drive your new car in the roadster 4 hour endurance race. That followed by an oil change should get your power up without any effort on your part.
