I've got the drinking part ON_LOCK. Good call. I had my Denver D on the bench. I have no berkeleying clue how to trade players, or what the proverbial or literal "waiver wire" is. I do know I'm lacking in the TE dept. Obviously, if Heath was healthy, he'd have been pretty damned high in my draft.
Click the "players" tab and most of this will be answered. You'll be able to sort by who's on a team and who isn't. Who's available and how they're ranked. By the way, the rankings are based on their production lat year, not their expected production this year. That's why there's highly ranked guys on the list that are currently unemployed.

Hmmm. Messin with the draft pick strategy may have actually worked!
I dunno about this LB business though, either. I logged in at lunch and was like.. "wat. What the berkeley is an LB?!?! oh. ooooooh. uh oh."
I have no idea who mine is, all I know is his name sounds like something I have to hock when I have a cold.
Would anyone be against wanting to change scoring for our LB position? They only get points for blocked kicks/Punts/PATs, INTs, Safeties, and fumble recoveries. To me that makes the position pretty irrelevant on a weekely basis. Could we add points for sacks and tackles?
Im good with adding points for sacks. Tackles? theyre pretty common, so points would run up quick, but sacks are more rare, so Id be good with those...
And I am pretty psyched for this league. Im with Jav, an additional owner wouldve been good for scheduling, but unfortunately, the only way the draft can occur is if all teams in the league were filled. I couldve set up dummy owners, or took on an additional team myself, but managing a single team is enough for me. It will still be ok tho...theres no money riding on this thing, just fun and games, so if this is just kind of a glorified reason to watch FB and talk smack, then Im good with that.
That sounds good. I though points for tackles along the lines of points for rushing or passing. Set it up sou you get 1 point for every five tackles? Its not going to be crazy points but its more than nothing.

I was thinking the same thing.
OK, unless anyone has any big issues with this, a sack by a defensive player (LB) will result in 2 points, every SOLO tackle by a defensive player (LB) will be 1/2 point.
I like that. Makes the LB slot have some importance.
I'm cool with the LB scoring change.
Can we add points for DUI convictions? Or sexual assaults? That may give Poop a better shot.

AH YOU READY FO SOME FOOSEBAWL!!!??? C'mon natural disaster!
It would appear as though Welker may have been a good pick.

Manning for MVP already. Seven berking TD's?!?
I'm glad I got Peyton now, but sad that I didn't get Welker. I'm really glad I didn't start the Ravens D.
The downside of being put up against someone with a WR on the same team as your QB is they get points too.
Oh, btw I'm super competitive so just ignore me.
Ravens D is a berkeleying joke. I think they were last or next to last against the run last season. Flake-o is ridin out that big $$$ contract, and they won't have any cash left over for new talent.
They are the new Browns.
Why did you pick the Ravens in the pick em game then?

Did I? Probably just looking for an unlikely upset, and I hate the Manning sisters more than most other QBs.
The Donkeys look good this year... wow. That Welker drop on the punt return is the reason he's not in NE anymore though. I like the guy as a player (enough to own a jersey), but man, he's got a problem.
I hope Brady throws like 9 TD's on Sunday just to one-up Manning.

Yeah, I didn't notice that until halfway in to the first quarter. I got worried when te Thomas was blowing it up at first!
