The deal is that next time I make it to challenge, wife will be there too. But I highly doubt it will be next year. Maybe 2022. We'll see.

Same.  So, I'm still in the "not married/no kids" demographic, and with tightening lockdowns it's been a couple weeks since I've seen another human being.  I really liked seeing the shop tours (miata, corvair), and hearing from everyone.  If y'all are wondering if you made a difference in a random stranger's life.....you did.  Good to catch up.

Always good to catch up and talk cars. I don't socialize much outside of a small circle, but the grm chat has become great both because of the regulars and the new visitors dropping in.

I'm a little overwhelmed with my current project scope and lack of ability to work steadily but it is easier when I can bounce questions and ideas off of some like minded friends.

Can't make it due to covidland money making opportunity.... oh well.

Yes!  Fun chat!  I blame the two whiskey/egg nogs...
