hey, don't hijack my happy birthday thread!

thanks, everyone, for the birthday wishes. i am indeed surrounded by loved ones and am enjoying pretty much every minute of it. just got home from Benihana -- the kids loved it, as I knew they would -- and ate a pan of birthday brownies, so it's all good.
