What era is that stapler? With my current 50s industrial/workshop binge, I never thought about my desk stapler.

I believe it is from the '60s. It's a binding stapler for books or large documents. I will be using it for Engineering plan sets.

we have one like that at the plant where I worked … it was for stapling together the work orders/instructions that came out with every layout

our work orders were, on average, 60 - 100 pages thick … your basic Swingline ain't gunna cut it
