Not sure if they'll have what you're looking for, but I've used Mazdatrix before and they've always delivered.
Diff bearings are the same as '94-up Miata. At least, I have ordered for those and they worked.
Clutches are flippin' expensive but they are the same as '86-up RX-7 with limited slip (easier to find).
I actually have an FC RX-7 LSD sitting in my shed. The whole carrier. I picked it up to use for myself in a Miata, but I'm not sure I'm going to go that route now. I'm not sure what shape the clutches are in, though.
It would be aggravating to ship.
If there are any pick-n-pull junkyards near you, just look for an RX-7 with the sport package, GXL or '88 GTU with a manual.
