Does anyone have, or know of, a database of cylinder head bolt sizes? I'm trying to track down some bolts and figure that since many manufacturers require/suggest bolt replacement during head gasket changes, what I need MIGHT be sitting on local auto parts stores' shelves.

To be specific, I'm looking for 2 bolt sizes:

M10 x 180 +/-5mm (preferably 1.25 pitch but will accept 1.50)

M10 x 240 +/-5mm (preferably 1.25 pitch but will accept 1.50)

...both preferably with a flanged 14 or 15mm hex head but will accept the standard (for M10 bolts) 17mm hex head if necessary.

Our product was designed by "professional" engineers without standard hardware in mind. We're now out of our original special order stock and are trying to track down another source of replacement prior to placing another (expensive) special order.

I've tried numerous searches on the 'Net, but either the info isn't there or I'm simply not searching the right text. (When searching for the bolt sizes, I have found a couple listings overseas. Shipping costs kinda/sorta knock them out out as viable.)

I'd try to search the local AutoZone shelves but they said, "No," when I asked to search tie-rod ends for a project.

Thanks in advance to anyone who helps.

M10x180x1.5

Nothing longer in that diameter from McMaster-Carr. Would threaded rod work, with a nut on the end?

If you can't find a flange head, you can use a 3/8" L9 washer.
