i suck at google, i guess, because i couldn't find the source of this snippet of dialogue.
i kinda think it's a late-80's movie. there are two young men, adversaries of some sort, talking to each other as movie adversaries are wont to do.
Dude 1: makes some kind of thinly veiled threat.
Dude 2: "Ooooh, i feel threatened."
Dude 1: "You *are* threatened."
could be judd nelson and ice motherberkeleyin T from New Jack City. could be patrick swayze, could be tom cruise, could be just about anyone, really.

i don't recall ever seeing that movie, so i kinda doubt it, but won't rule it out until someone gives a better option.
