Well I'm at it again.
Same deal, few ingredients, but with a different goal.
Chocolate. The goal here is chocolate. The drink can't be heavy, no cream and stuff like that. Fruit has to be avoided due to a new Salicylic Acid allergy as do a number of other ingredients.
Aaaaaaaaaand... go!
Godiva chocolate martini (serves one)
-Chocolate sauce and sugar for rim of glass
- 2 oz Godiva chocolate liqueur
- 6 oz vodka
- Ice
- White chocolate shavings
- Fresh raspberries
Shaken, not stirred.
Hot chocolate, 1/2 shot of Kahlua, 1/2 shot of Bailey's?

Double-fist a bottle of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup and a bottle of golden rum?
Also: http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/13307/28877/
Ingredients:
Peppermint Patty
1 oz white crème de cacao
1 oz white crème de menthe
OR
1 oz peppermint schnapps
1 oz dark crème de cacao
2 oz cream
Rim glass with choclete and let run to bottom creating streaks on the side and a nice choclete shot finish
Swiss Miss hot chocolate, add whipped cream vodka to taste. Great for football season tail gating.

Some of you guys:
No cream, remember? No heavy. Not hot chocolate.
I'll second the chocolate martini. (Although I'd say the standard is 2oz Vodka:1/2oz creme de cacao/chocolate liqueur)
Hmm... Maybe some sort of chocolate soda?
Fill glass with ice, drizzle in lots of chocolate syrup, add vanilla vodka, fill with soda water.
Rather than using a chocolate stout, start with a dry stout and add a shot of chocolate liqueur to it.
Edit: or mix chocolate liqueur with a Berlinerweisse (low alcohol, mildly sour, white-wheat beer), unflavored lambic (Belgian sour ale)... maybe even with Hoegaarden.
Chocolate toddy:
1.5oz vodka (or maybe cognac)
.5oz chocolate liqueur
Fill cup with hot water
Top with lots of shaved dark chocolate
Find or make chocolate shot-glasses. Fill with interesting alcohols or liqueurs.
Float a shot of chocolate liqueur in champagne.
Not a cocktail but still good: Chocolate cake shots
Frangelico
Vodka
Lemon wedges
Sugar
Half Frangelico, half vodka in a shot glass. Coat a lemon wedge in sugar. Bite lemon, suck out juice, but don't swallow yet. Take shot. Smile. Repeat as needed.

Black Russian?
Straigtforward, sophisticated, only two ingredients.
I used to date a girl who couldn't seem to keep her clothes on after three or four Black Russians.

Drink: UV Chocolate Cake Vodka
Ingredients:
- 1 Bottle (750ml) UV brand Chocolate Cake flavored vodka
Prepare:
- Purchase bottle
- Chill bottle in freezer over night
- Open bottle and consume
(Seriously, though, UV and Pinnacle both have some really fantastic flavored vodka flavors that are really good all by themselves, and they both have some various degrees of chocolate)
You said cream is out, does that also rule out a cream liqueur like Bailey's? I draw some lines in a martini glass with Hershey's syrup, then shake 2 parts Bailey's with 1 part Butterscotch schnapps, strain over the chocolate, then put a dollop of whipped cream (which you can omit, of course), and then sprinkle on a little cinnamon. Personally, I prefer using Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream, but I know that has actual cream in it, but I know Bailey's doesn't have to be refrigerated, so maybe that's not really cream?

I am going to have to look into the ingredients on these guys, not sure what is in them. She's allergic to damn near everything, so we're looking for as close to "Vodka and cocoa powder" as we can get, basically. Thanks for the suggestions so far!

what is in the UV chocolate cake vodka?
What is in Godiva chocolate liqueur?
She cannot do artificial flavors, colors, natural fruits, anise, almond, etc..
Apparently I was wrong about the cream, so now teach me to make a chocolate vodka if the ingredients in the UV stuff won't work.
In a mixing tumbler, pour a measure of tonic water, two spoons of chocolate syrup, a half spoon of instant coffee, and crushed ice.
Then dump this in the sink and pour some Knob Creek into a glass, preferably in a different room but beggars can't be choosers.
