This is COMPLETELY off topic, but you guys are creative.
My wife is writing a book, and needs a title.
She writes on homeschooling, and we did it for 23 years. We just finished, and are finding the transition OUT of homeschooling to be really hard- for moms. It’s empty nester X 100. With lots of transition issues, fears, etc.
Her book will actually be 2 separate books. The first will be a novel about a woman who is at the moment of transitioning out of homeschooling. The second will be a companion “How to” guide. It would be great if the 2 titles had some similarities or connection.
The primary audience is women, and most are conservative Christians. So Bible references, or character, or training are all good possibilities. Yes, I know you are completely the wrong people to ask, but what the heck!
Be careful... there are also a lot of good titles that will border on the BDSM genres. Titles like “Her Awakening”, “Mom Gets Schooled”, or “Mature Mom gets Trained” probably won’t work! Haha!!
The novel is first. The How-To will be later.

(...and to be clear, I don’t mind having a little fun with it here)
#1 School is over, the nest is empty.
#2 How I survived... when school is over and the nest is empty.

The first two I gave her were:
”Train up a Mom” and “Fear Not”
I thought “Fear Not” could have 2 different subtitles for the 2 different books. “Fear Not...her new life begins” (novel), and “Fear Not...a mom’s guide to retiring from homeschooling” (the How-To)
In reply to SVreX :
Nope, no ninja edit.
Must’ve been your subconscious thinking about Mrs. Robinson retiring from homeschooling

I like the way the Fear Not thing works... I'm trying to come up with something that similarly works as a preamble to both a story of new beginnings and a guidebook summary, but I'm not coming up with much. New Horizons something something... New Adventure... New World... New Challenge...
The fear of freedom
How I learned to stop worrying and love an empty nest
How mama got her days back
1. Fly, Birdie, FLY!
2. Hey, My Nest is Empty!
The Second Chapter of Being Homeschool Parents
Mary & Martha for a Homeschool Mom

Or rather schooooooooools out for ever!
“50 shades of grade school”
“Endless summer...break”
“Forever done”
"Teaching Life"
How serious is the book? Kinda gives us an idea of how serious the title has to be. "No More Teachers Dirty Looks" could be funny in the right context
Forever Learning - The chronicles of a homeschool mom
and
Forever Learning - The how-to guide
or
I did it my way

Pretty serious. My wife takes this seriously.
We can joke about it here, but the title ultimately will be serious.
" The Times are a Changin"
They're gone... what do I do with myself again?
“Faith in education” for the homeschooling guide.
Probably could use a subtitle “Taking control of education through homeschooling “
