I'm using a polycarbonate box 7"x5"x2.5" to house a few marine switches (bilge, lights, etc.) for a 14' aluminum flat bottom boat. I want to mount the box to the front of the rear bench seat (that I don't have rear access to). I'm debating the proper hardware to mount the box. Is it as simple as using a #10 SS screw in each corner through the back of the box? I can't think of any other options. Should I worry about corrosion from dissimilar metals between the aluminum and SS screw?
5200 is another option as well, but yes sheet metal screws will work, but likely work loose over time.
There will be galvanic reaction, you can cover the screws in anti seize, but they will weld themselves in over time.

Pop rivets make a lot of sense. I don't think I can install them where the box has prefabricated holes for mounting screws due to the depth of the box, but I could drill some new holes inside the box without an issue and without really compromising the waterproof-ness.

why not use "sheet metal" screws made out of aluminum?
Stainless steel should be fine. Put epdm washers between the box and the aluminum and thread locker on the screws.
