It's a pedal car from I assume the 1960s. It was missing a steering linkage and some brackets, so we disassembled it, lubed up the moving parts, and put it together with some bits from the local hardware store.
He used a hammer on the tin, possibly fixing some body work, while I concentrated on the front end. A real group effort.
Now my biggest trouble is trying to get him out of it when it starts to rain.
Looks good, great pic he seems to be figuring out how to tackle the next stage of his rally.
I would Photoshop a slight horizontal blur into everything but him and the car to give the impression he is drifting that corner at a high rate of speed. His hair is already perfect.

Nice bit of oppo hes got on that slide. Love the hair too. Reminds me of mine at that age.
I mean I know it's early but that's the greatest thing I've seen today.

but what if drag racing is not his thing? He's already got opposite lock down, I'd say autox or rallyx is in his future
Given his choice of vehicle and steely eyed intensityof Don Prudhome, I merely assumed.
He's actually really into Stadium Supertrucks. I think he got the "turn left to go right" thing from Doc Hudson though.
