I am looking for a diesel fired heater. Many are Chinese knock off garbage, but I came across one seller that has actually copied reviews from Suburban furnaces into his page. He is too stupid to even remove the model numbers or references to Suburban. This irritates me no end, because I, and I would think also Amazon, would want the site to have a reputation as a reputable place to buy stuff. But when I went to report the seller, I can find no option to do that. There should be a giant red FRAUD!! SCAM!! button to click, but after scrolling through a bunch of pages I gave up. I can quickly see how to sign up for Prime, or change my payment details, but not so much helpful info for improving the shopping experience. Am I missing something, or is Amazon being deliberately obtuse so as not to impede the flow of goods through their site? If I was Mr. Amazon I would ban Chinese sellers anyway. They are like Eastern European Olympians. The occasional one is clean, but all are tainted with the stench of immoral, unethical dishonesty.

Fueled by Caffeine worked for Amazon. I’m asking him if customer service questions for the largest online retailer in the world are actually addressed directly to the CEOs attention.

I apologize if my reply was a bit off the mark. I do not know who Jeff is. If you go to customer service, which I did, there is no obvious way there to report a fraudulent seller. As I said in my post, I did click through the customer service pages and I found nothing. And to phone customer service to report a fraudulent seller seems a bit pointless. I am sure that the boiler room operator would not take down the link address over the phone.
