My interests are always changing and my budget can never keep up but I have always had or wanted to have 2 daily's (one for me and one for the wife) and then one "fun" vehicle. Time and space and money got me out of the fun thing being a car for a little while but I am ready to get back to the fun car deal.
Current rides:
1995 Suburban that is pretty nice daily
2020 CRV that never sees the inside of a garage and Honda will get it back in 3 years
1973 Cushman Trackster (this is the current fun piece that is about to hit the road and make room for a car)
20?? Picnic table that I drive around town and have yet to get arrested because it is so strange. It does take up almost as much room as a small car and even more than a car if you include the trailer I built for it.
I have 3 garages, 2 are under my house (drive in basement deal). One has all the kids stuff, bikes, tractors, games and stuff. The other is my regular shop. It is 13' x 28'. It is awfully small to have a car in but acceptable for working on things. It is nice because it is pseudo heated so things stay nice in there and even in the middle of winter you can work on things comfortably. I just got access to a new shop across the street from my house that is 24' x 30'. Huge upgrade and it isn't under my house so I can paint in there!
