This is very close to my house. Blocks away. My mom was out walking the kids to a park when it went down.
PSA. The police get paid to deal with these situations, you and I don't. Luckily these men are going to be ok.

It was. The guy was certifiable. Don't know why you'd want to engage that mess.
Riding through the neighborhood with loud pipes is one thing to try and talk to someone about. Destruction of property with a deadly weapon is grounds for going straight to the police to deal with it.
