At the suggestion of my car-guy friend Howie, Annie and I began watching the Amazon series "Hunters." We watched episode one tonight and I think we're hooked. I'm impressed with Al Pacino's assimilation of an elderly Jewish man. Great job. When we were in Palm Springs I read a great revue of the series in the Desert Sun local newspaper and it seemed intriguing. Then we had Al Pacino's sister Desiree as a server at Brickworks Pub in Palm Springs (we've known her for years). Then when we returned home last week, Howie mentioned the series to us, and how much he liked it.
So here we are. Anybody else watching? Please, no spoilers.

We watched the First episode tonight as well. Pretty sure we will watch these on back to back to back nights until it's done. So far so good.
helluva opening scene!!
Watched the series, enjoyed it. That's all I can say without giving anything away.
What's the premise of the show?

Late 70s, Jews are tracking down Nazis, from the WWII, and... getting revenge?
I'm four episodes into it. Good series, so far.
Oh. Now I remember hearing about this show. I wouldn't call that revenge. I'd call it justice.
In reply to Appleseed :
Yeah, that's the word I was looking for. JUSTICE. I had a brain fart, and couldn't come up with the right word.
