Why don't we make the pedestrians either watch where they're going or dress up in ugly puffy suits instead of ruining our cars?
I don't understand this regulation at all. When a car hits someone low they would fall onto the car. It it hits them in the hip they stay on the car. Further I thought we wanted cars with better mileage.

some brave car company should make a totally awesome car that everyone wants that doesn't conform to all those silly EU standards and use a pic of Calvin urinating on the EU as the badge for the car..
