There is a bicycle company in the UK that is using 3D printed Ti lugs bonded to carbon fiber tubes.

No final word on pricing yet, but the company that used to offer frames made in a similar fashion (Robot Bike Co.) sold frames for about $5000. Expensive, but high-end, hand built titanium hardtail frames don't sell for a whole lot less.
