ughhh... this reminds me of something that may or may not be funny. We brought home a new rescue dog from the shelter a week ago. The rescue organization assured us he "loved cats". They neglected to mention his love was physical in nature.

Day 3 of being single. I broke down and texted her and she responded sweetly. She's not evil or spiteful (which is nice considering my ex-wife's vitriol when we split)
I don't think I would take her back right now, but its just the anger and emptiness of unrequited love that is killing me. I just miss my love.

I really do, its just that I grew to love her very deeply. I found more love with her in 15 months than I did in 20 years of my marriage. Just hard to let it go.
