and found stuff on HBO that I've never seen before, e.g. The Wire, Deadwood, etc. I also found "Sherlock" the BBC reboot from three years ago. That is berkleying GREAT.

I'm going to ultimately get to The Sopranos, Treme, etc. but this is like Christmas for months!

It's a fantastic way to discover excellent foreign films that you might not otherwise have taken a chance on too.

The Shield, if they have it. Not HBO, but one of the best written character driven dramas I've encountered.

Oh, and if you haven't seen Band of Brothers yet...

Breaking Bad is on my list, too. I FINALLY managed to see the first episode of BoB when I borrowed that. I'd seen episode 2 through the end, but missed the first one.

Always used it and with the demise of Blockbuster and the crapping down of Netflix streaming I always go to our library for new stuff. They used to charge $1 for new releases, but they don't even do that now. All free. It's got loads of TV series, both American and BBC. IT's also great for 'Remember so and so from when we were kids, let's go find that to show our kids. Although I had forgotten the panty scene in 16 candles, opps

The Wire is outstanding. Really good. If you like Justified and haven't see The Wire you need to check it out.

When I was unemployed we relied on the library for all of our video entertainment needs. My library has the WHOLE Three's Company collection

I usually get movies for free off of Vioz.com or projectfreetv. I trust project free TV but I would only use Vioz with a 3 party we browser such as Opera.

I love pulling up old shows/movies for my kids.

We watched the Back to the Future trilogy on Sunday. The kids (7&9) lovvvved it!

We've also introduced them to the Cosby Show. I forgot how great that show was.

What's Voiz? I followed the link and there's just a search box. I tried Back to the Future and it was all confused.
