I've seen that happen as well, but no, never BOTH. I feel for you brother. THAT is why I put anti-sleeze betweixt the hub and rotor, and the rotor and the wheel.

Yup.
I had a similar situation on my Cadaver a few months ago, but it was a stripped caliper bolt - the hex portion rounded right out. I ended up driving it as-is for another week on very sketchy brake pads until I could muster the reinforcements.
Getting that bolt out was BERKELEYING GLORIOUS!!!
I haven't had anything on brakes quite that bad, but two memorable situations: the lower outer wishbone pivot bolts were seized on my MGB (MG guys will know what I'm talking about), this rapidly ruins the lower control arms. That meant removing the spring, disassembling the lower control arm to remove the 'nut' side half then drilling the head off the bolt. Once THAT was done, the upper kingpin nut could be removed and the kingpins replaced. And that ain't no fun.
Then there was the swingarm bolt seized on both my TT250 Yamaha and my XR600 Honda. That experience is why the first thing I would do with a new bike was pull and anti seize the swingarm bolt and both axles.

Exaclty. I do this every time and don't have issues anymore. One time I was changing the oil for a friend of my wife, this lady watches the kids for us so I was helping her out. I could not get the filter off, I ended up cutting the top off of the filter, then cutting the bottom lip of it and using a hammer and a screw driver to spin it off. A 20 milute oil change turned into a 3 hour ordeal.

I had one that wouldn't come off and ended up cracking the knuckle(heat + full size sledge) so I just removed it all and replaced everything.......a year later, I tossed the knuckle/hub/rotor combo into the scrap bin and it separated..... berkeley
same thing happened with my escort when I had to change rotors... if I ever have to do it again I doubt it'll be an issue now that it lives in the south... by far one of the rustiest cars you'll see down here... but gets mid 30's on the interstate, just stupid simple to work on and I figured it out... at this point we've got about $20 a month into it not including oil changes or gas... not bad me thinks
