One of the benefits of working in entertainment in a casino is some of the things that pass through. This is an actual Back to the Future Delorian from the movie. It was not a runner, but was a fully realized prop with all the working accessories.

I wish the pic of the hood had come out, it was signed by Christopher Lloyd

I am not a big guy, but I was surprised at the difficulty involved in getting into it. I am not talking about the stuff they added, but the contortions needed to settle yourself in with the way the doors are. I imagine that without all the stuff built into the centre console, it would have been easier to pull my ass into the seat

In the late 1980s/early 1990s I worked with a guy who had a Delorean, he often drove it to work during the summer months. Only person I ever knew who actually owned one of them.

I know some local people/semi-friends who've had once since new. It's an automatic, sadly.

My neighbor had a full operational Back to the Future DeLorean. I ran into him once in 2014, then again in 1987 and I probably won't see him again until 2020. He sure has fun in that thing!
