In other news, apparently a guy I used to work with (Cam Ingram) is doing crazy work with Porsches in this area and his family might have been involved in getting this exhibit set up.

Yeah, Cam's family "might have been" involved. The Ingram Collection brought the Gmund Coupe, the 904, and the Carrera GT (they may have brought more, I'm not sure which, though).
Bob Ingram also drove this beast to the show on opening night.
Also, "Reasonably priced" and "Road Scholars" don't really go together...
They do amazing work, but at a cost.
This 55 Continental Coupe was Cam's pet project, and narrowly lost out as 'best coupe' at the Dana Point Concours just a couple months ago.
