I need a SUCKY Hand Vac

I've got oodles of Craftsman 19.2v batteries laying around, but what does Craftsman do? Discontinue their hand vac. Lammeeee. 

I tried a $5 oldschool Dirt Devil from a thrift store. It did not suck. Literally, it was trash. 

I need a hand vac. I don't need no fancy nuclear reactor fusion vortex thang. I just want one with a properly sucky motor and a battery that don't go kaput every other day. Hell I'd be ok with dragging around a cord if a hand vac will suck pennies off a hardwood floor. 

This guy appears to keep up to date with reviews of various handvacs and he likes GTech (Bissel).

My problem with the hand vacs is th batteries poop out, and these solve that problem.  Plus they give you an excuse to buy the cordless ratchet wrench
